Description of the social businesses participating to the roundtable and to the sales:

  • Pink Maharani: house of the finest handwoven and ethical cashmere, which closely works with master artisans, Ladakhi herdsmen and women cooperatives to design and produce the softest quality of cashmere shawls creating impact along every step of the way. Pink Maharani empower the nomadic families and artisans to make sustainable livehoods.
  • SEP Jordan: SEP hand-embroidered accessories blend hallmarks of premium Middle-Eastern craftmanship with modern Italian style. SEP empowers less fortunate artists with professional, personal and economic stability.
  • Village Exchange Ghana: this NGO has a vision of a world where women are empowered to have equal access to opportunities, services and rights. The organization promotes economic empowerment of vulnerable women through a holistic approach of evidence-based programs in reproductive, sexual and maternal health, and social entrepreneurship in the respect of the local culture, traditions and the environment.
