About the Workshop

Coaching ? Mentoring ? Counselling? Skill development ?
How can you best support projects? What tools do you have at your disposal? How to frame the support you offer?
Join us for a workshop where we will explore how we can bring the most value to projects and set the right expectations. In this workshop, we will look at the various stages of project support and what tools and capacities we can use to be more effective, efficient and transparent in our efforts.
We will provide an outline of what coaching and mentoring methods can offer and highlight the value each approach adds to the support you bring to projects. Basic tools drawn from those practices will be presented and tested.

About the Speaker

Aurore Bui is the Founder and Director of Softweb, a social business with the aim of supporting the realization of social projects. As part of this work she has created a mentoring platform for women social entrepreneurs in Swiss Romande.

Florence Tercier has a had a long career supporting projects for women and girls through her seminal work at ICRC and as Director of Issues Affecting Women and Girls at the Oak Foundation. Today she is a professional coach and mentor to many projects by and for women.
