Dhun Davar, Program Director at UBS Optimus Foundation, shares with you, why from the perspective of a funder, to measure is to know. She will give you insights into what large foundations like Optimus Foundation measure, what in their point of view makes a program successful and under which criteria a funder might request an external evaluation versus an evaluation made by the NGO itself.
