Abena Lauber and Emilie Compignie
Abena brings 20 years of professional knowledge and experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships and event organisation. In 2017, she created A.CommUnity with the objective of finding tailored solutions to support all types of organizations, from the smallest to the biggest, considering the challenges and aspirations of each of them. With her Partner, Emilie Compignie, who joined her at the end of 2018, she co-created the Fundraising Bootcamp, a series of practical fundraising workshops to build the capacities of small to medium-sized non-profit organizations.
Emilie brings about 15 years of professional experience in fundraising and project management. After founding and managing her own artistic events company in France, she launched her career as an Independent Fundraising Consultant in Geneva and joined very soon Abena Lauber as Partner at A.CommUnity.
