Senior Director, her expertise is in:
– Manufacturing – operation excellence, high performance organization design and employees engagement
– Innovation and Global Portfolio management
– Hands on project manager of complex projects in area of capital investment, product innovation and organization transformation
Ioana has been an active Member of Giving Women since 2018, engaged in multiple projects, a member of Project Monitoring Committee team, and a consultant for the Education and Training Pillar.
