Núria had an extensive career in Private Banking for 30 years. As part of the managing team at ABN AMRO Private Bank, she was involved in managing a branch, leading marketing teams, designing and executing projects, advising clients and developing people’s talents.
The challenge of leading multicultural teams through transformation motivated Núria to work on and structure her skills around coaching and mentoring. She thus became a credentialed NLP coach with the International Coach Federation 15 years ago. Since then, the coaching/mentoring approach has helped her to navigate everchanging environments and to support a wide variety of people through their transformational process. It is the key elements of that experience that she will be pleased to share with you in our get-together.
