We are delighted to invite you to our workshop on

Financial Management for Non-Profits – Budgets, Forecasts and Management Accounts

In this workshop you will gain an understanding of:

  1. The operating environment (legal, economic and fiduciary) associated with Non Profit sector in Switzerland This will include an appreciation of the external factors (risks)
  2. Good Governance – what does this mean and how does an NGO apply it. e.g. Accountability, Transparency, Diversity, Sustainability
  3. Financial Systems and Internal Controls – how to implement these in a small/medium NGO or association

As always, we will work on practical examples to ensure that even those who are “allergic” to finances leave the workshop with new tools and skills to be more able to support projects in this area.

Additional resources, websites and other references will be shared for further research and application.
