Based on the enriching and challenging experience of the facilitators managing projects in developing countries for more than 10 years, this workshop will present the basic concepts of project management in a fun and interactive way. During the workshop, participants will get an introduction to the main processes and phases of a project. In addition, they will be introduced to some tools for efficient management to be used throughout the lifecycle of a project.

Facilitators:

Stephania Bonilla-Féret, Economic Affairs Officer, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and Noelia Garcia Nebra, Programme Manager, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) America. Both are Giving Women members and offer a wealth of experience and insights relating to project management.

This workshop is suitable for all audiences; no previous project management experience required.
