Workshop I: Know thyself – Defining your organisations purpose and audience is the first step

In this first workshop the speakers will lay the ground work for good communications and share some useful tools to support the reflection required to clearly express the purpose (visions, mission, goals, and uniqueness of approach, etc.) of the organisation to different audiences. We will begin to understand the need to use different tools and language to reach a variety of audiences.

  • Part I: During the first part of the workshop, the speakers will share their knowledge and experience in this area to inform participants on best practices and resources.
  • Buffet Dinner is served: Buffet dinner is eaten during Part II
  • Part II: During the second part, participants will divide into small groups to apply their learnings to a concrete project.
