Senior Evaluation Officer at the International Labour Organization in Geneva. Naomi has worked in the field of evaluation and decent work for over 20 years. As the Senior Evaluation Officer, she is responsible for the Africa and Arab States region as well as on Governance, Social Protection and Work Quality and on gender and disability inclusion in all aspects of evaluation. She started her career working on the areas of protection and skills training of older workers, M&E of development cooperation projects and design and evaluation of programmes in the ILOs International Programme for the Elimination of Child Labour (IPEC). She also worked on UN system-wide evaluations in the United Nation’s Joint Inspection Unit.
